1506hrs- 2nd Alarm on Arrival.

1516hrs- 3rd Alarm. Heavy fire in a 3-frame OMD with exposure problems. Exposure B: 2-story P/D, Exposure D: is a 2-story P/D.

1521hrs- Pulling all companies out of the building and conducting roll calls.

1527hrs- S/C extra Truck for new FAST. Going to exterior op's.

1529hrs- Bayonne Truck to cover. M/A NHRFD to cover.

1535hrs- Co's reporting heavy fire, 1st floor D-side.

1538hrs- CMD transmitting 4th Alarm. Co's rpt a 1-story garage in the rear heavily involved.

4th Alarm: E-6, E-5; L-6

1541hrs- Co's have heavy fire B-side rear of the building.

1550hrs- Co's have heavy fire in the cockloft. Engine co. to Monticello Ave to line into the rear to attack the garage.

1555hrs- S/C (2) extra Engine co's.
