Description Of Incident: 3rd PCT units and ESU responded to report of a stabbing. Units located (2) victims, mother and father of the suspect, stabbed multiple times. (1) victim transported to Jacobi by Empress and (10 to St. Joe's. While searching for the suspect, units located the male on the roof ledge of 44 Maple St. ESU set up a rope systems and talked the male into custody. YFD L-71 S/C to remove the suspect and officers from the roof.
