1530hrs (approx)-Vehicle driven by a 17-year-old left the roadway, crashed through a guardrail, went down an embankment landing in a creekbed. Driver able to self-extricate, walk to the roadway and call 911. 15 year-old passenger's leg was severed and he is in extremely critical condition.
