Description Of Incident: 17-year old stole a City of Yonkers vehicle from the Water Dept. lot on Saw Mill River Road and waas later pursued for V&T by WCPD on the Bronx River. Suspect fled through Yonkers, Mount Vernon, Bronxville until crashing into a pole on New Rochelle Road.
