Description Of Incident:Single boater in a small sail boat on Candlewood Lake by Candlewood Isle caught a strong gust of wind and flipped his boat. Male occupant was unable to right sail boat and was adrift for 45 minutes to 1 hour before being pulled from the water. Marine 10 was launched to the scene and removed the occupant from the water and transported him to a private dock on Candlewood Isle and transferred care to EMS and FD personnel on shore. I male transported to DHER with hypothermia.
