MVA with traumatic arrest and two trauma alerts. I heard the car was going Eastbound in the Westbound lane prior to collision (unconfirmed).

Head on MVA with 1 fatality.

It was a wrong way driver on 84 hit a car head on at the Route 7 connector. One fatality and one adult and one youth injuried. the calls for the wrong way driver started around exit 1.
