Two car MVA. Driver of a van came over the hill between the Grants St exit in Pleasantville and the Rt 120 exit in Chappaqua and found a wrecked sedan parked sideways across both NB lanes. The driver of the van struck the wrecked sedan. The driver and only occupant of one car got out of his car and fled onto railroad tracks/wooded area. PPD and WCPD searched area for fleeing driver. Hotline was put out to surrounding agencies.
