Units Operating: YPD 3rd PCT, ESU, YFD, Empress

Weather Conditions: Clear

Description Of Incident: Child in a stroller struck by a tractor trailer, removed from under the truck by a civilain. Empress transported to Jacobi with multi-trauma, but not life threatening.
