2030hrs- Original call for activated fire alarm, first unit arriving reports heavy smoke showing. Automatic M/A Mohegan Lake for L-35 (TL-45 is out of service).

2032hrs- M/A FAST from Croton (E-119).

2035hrs- Peekskill Car 2341 (IC) req. L-35 to pull in behind E-131 and ladder building. L-35 enroute.

2036hrs- E-119 to stage in parking lot on Bank St. at Park St. E-119 enroute.

2036hrs- E-134 responding.

2039hrs- M/A Buchanan Utility 12 to scene. Montrose TL-8 to stand by Peekskill Sta. 1.

2043hrs- M/A Buchanan Engine 161 to cover Sta. 6.

2047hrs- U-12 to stage at Park and Bank. U-12 responding.

2100hrs- CMD Req. C & O (1401) to scene. WC County Car 2 responding.

2130hrs- M/A Yorktown E-270 to scene as FAST to stage at rear of building.

2140hrs- Fire is K/D. Still have smoke condition that units are in process of venting. Building is a 100 X 200 indoor mall that includes the DMV, Recruiting Center and office space.
