East Fishkill FAST Team Question

When a Department Requests EFFD`s FAST team what piece of apparatus responds

[TAPSJ 30]

It was 39-46 our Ladder, Now it is 39-51. If 39-51 is OOS or on a call 39-46 will respond. If both are OOS for some reason I believe next would be 39-15. But 39-51 is Primary.
