Description Of Incident: Working fire in a 3-story frame dwelling with extenison to a 4-story OMD.

21:44- E-312 to stand-by hydrant at Ashburton X North Broadway

21:45 - B1 reports a "10-30," E306 is the FAST.

21:47 - B1 requesting 2nd alarm. Has a 3-story frame, fire on 2nd & 3rd floors. Exposure 4 is a 4 story apartment building.

21:48 - Safety requesting FAST (E306) to front of building with tools. Batt. 1 Aid requesting 2nd Alarm Engine to grab hydrant at Ashburton and N. Broadway.

21:50 - Bat. 1 requesting an LDH Engine, E307 per Bat. 2.

21:54 - E304 to send line to roof of Exposure 4 ASAP.

21:56 - 3rd Alarm per Bat. 1.

21:57 - Bat. 2 reports 2 1/2 frame heavy fire throughout, multiple lines in work.

22:00 - Greenville E151 & Eastchester TL17 to Station 14.

22:02 - New Rochelle E24 & L12 to Station 12.

22:04 - Bat. 2 pulling all members out, going to exterior ops.

22:09 - Bat. 2 requesting E314 to rear of fire building. Warburton to Willow.

22:12 - Hartsdale E170 to cover Station 1.

22:17 - Bat. 1 reports all hands working, Exposure 1 is street, Exposure 2 is a 2-story frame, Exposure 3 is a rear yard and Exposure 4 is a 4-story ordinary with a 2 foot seperation.

22:18 - Bat. 1 reports two master streams in operation, fire darkening down. Updated address of 199 N. Broadway.

22:25 - Car 2 requesting L70 to Exposure 4's top floor with hooks. Fire is now a 4th Alarm.

22:29 - Car 2 requesting L73 to Exposure 4's top floor as well.

22:31 - Car 2 reports fire in the Exposure 4 cockloft, all companies working.

22:32 - Car 4 on location.

23:00 - Bat. 1 reports fire is knocked down, companies overhauling.

23:32 - E300, E317 in service, going to fire scene. (Reserve units)

23:35 - Bat. 3 on the air, going to St. Joes to pick up a member.

23:40 - E24 & L12 (NRFD) responding to Commercial Alarm at 800 Central Park Av.

23:48 - L73 is 10-8.

23:58 - L70 is 10-8.

00:14 - E310 out of service, returning to quarters, down two members.

00:15 - E304 10-8, minus 1 FF.

00:21 - HFD E170 returning to Hartsdale.

00:22 - E313, E314 are 10-8. GFD E151 returning to Greenville.

00:28 - R1 10-8, TL17 returning to Eastchester.
