My Dallas Trip 3-19-10 Preview

1 post in this topic

Yesterday, I made a trip up to Dallas to photograph some fire apparatus (Dallas is 3 hours north of my home in Round Rock, drove over 400 miles in 12 hours in the same day to get these shots). I thank everyone involved for their help, and I have some pretty cool shots I'll be sharing over the next few days on this thread and on http://www.x635Photos.com

First up is Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Fire-Rescue Truck 25, a 2009 Pierce Velocity 105' that responds from Station 2, which is closer to the west side of the airport, towards the cargo areas.

Frisco Fire Department operates this mobile command post, which I will detail in a later photo feature. It has a lot of cool elements, and Frisco FD has the largest firehouse I have ever seen in my life.
