Units Operating: Hartsdale FD, Greenburgh PD, EMS, Technical Rescue Team

Weather Conditions: Storm- Strong winds, heavy rain

Description Of Incident: Tree and power lines down on occupied vehicle with entrapment and fire. (1) DOA in vehicle.
