0440hrs- B-31 rpts Using All-Hands, S/C extra Engine and Truck.

S/C: E-224/L-105

0441hrs- B-31 rpts 105 will be FAST.

0445hrs- Div. 11 rpts heavy fire out several front windows, searches will be delayed due to volume of fire. (2) L/S/O.

0452hrs- Div. 11 transmitting 2nd Alarm, rpts extension to Exposure #4.

2nd Alarm: E-211, 219, 221, 9/S-1; L-102; B-35 Safety, 57 RUL, Field Com, TAC #1, CTU

0510hrs- Div. 11 rpts all members being removed from the building and setting up a Tower Ladder. (2) injured firefighters being treated by EMS.

0530hrs- Car 13A rpts fire all floors of a 3-story frame with extension to Exposure #4 cockloft. Fire K/D in original fire building. (2) injured members have been transported, (1) red tag and (1) yellow tag by EMS.

0534hrs- Car 13A rpts all fire is now K/D and co's are conducting interior op's.

0540hrs- Car 13A S/C extra Truck.
