Mayor Kelly then gave the Fire Department Report. He stated that for the month of November, the

department responded to 27 calls, 20 during daytime hours and 7 during evening hours. For the

month of December, the department responded to 30 calls, 22 during daytime hours and 8 during

evening hours.

He thanked all of the residents for their donations to the Haiti earthquake victims.

He

then gave an update on the engine. He stated that the Village has going out to bid and there have

been two sets of bid documents picked up and the bid opening will be on Friday. The pump test for

the old engine is scheduled for tomorrow. He stated that all of that information and more will be

presented next Wednesday night and asked that all questions regarding the engine be held until that

time.
