Description Of Incident: Purchase and West Harrison were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle accident with extrication on Interstate 684 northbound at milemarker 3.2. Units responding were updated that the patient is now possibly unconscious. Units removed both driver and passenger doors to gain access to the patient. One patient was removed to Westchester Medical Center ALS.
