Initial Summary:    Senior Forest Ranger Hobbs had responded to two wildfires on 02/21/2005 and had complained of some pain and a burning sensation in his chest prior to going off duty.  Hobbs went home where he collapsed from an apparent heart attack.  He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
