New Hackensack Question

In the January Fire Trader I see in the Brindlee Mountain add what appears to be the "new" 52-31 2005 Mack Amthor tanker. I went to the NKFD website and in the 2009 annual report it says the tanker was sold. Can anyone give us some more information on why a 4 year old tanker was sold? Were there any problems with the truck? Did it not meet the needs of the district? Is it being replaced? Thanks for any information.

I know they recently took delivery of a new E-One engine, maybe that replaced this? Does their district still need a tanker?

Interesting... I went to their website and 5231 is gone from the apparatus page and on the 2009 district report, it is listed as sold.... I remember when I was there that we had the 2 tankers.

Hughsonville covers one side of there district and East Fishkill cover the other for now untell they get a new one

As far as I know they are getting a larger tanker.
