Units Operating: Nichols, Trumbull Center, Long Hill, EMS, TPD, FMO

Weather Conditions: clear

Description Of Incident: chemical reaction caused a small explosion/flash fire in building. 1 victim recieved burns and was treated by EMS. Heavy smoke condition in the building
