School taxes are included in the property tax (50-80% of it).

Agreed. Schools are very poorly managed and need major change.

Where... Westchester County, New York of course!

Property Tax and School Tax bills arrive and are due entirely seperately in my town and much of the state. It may vary and possibly be combined is some cities.

School tax is due every September and January.

County/town property tax is due every April.

The new county exec. has no input on the excessive local school taxes, control of their increases and any hope of improvement, and in turn our total tax bill.

In short, taxes continue to spiral upward, good judgement must prevail!
