Description Of Incident: Fire 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3-story OMD with a 1-story extension on Exposure #3 side.

1030hrs- E-236 transmitting 10-75 from a distance, had numerous calls and PD on scene confirming. L-120 FAST.

1033hrs- B-39 Using All-Hands on Arrival for heavy fire out the 2nd and 3rd floor windows. S/C extra Engine and Truck.

1037hrs- B-39 req. extra Truck for FAST, FAST is going to work.

1043hrs- Div. 15 transmitting 2nd Alarm.

1045hrs- Co's going to exterior attack, setting up a Tower Ladder.

1100hrs- Div. 15 rpts (2) Tower Ladders in operation with handlines. D/W/H.

1125hrs- Div. 15 rpts conditions remain the same. Setting up a 3rd Tower Ladder.

1239hrs- Div. 15 reports fire darkening down. Still have (2) Tower Ladders in operation with a collapse of the rear of the building.
