Time: approx. 2100 hrs.

Location: US 41 and Tallevast Road

Departments: Cedar Hammock Fire-Rescue Engine 211 and Engine 241, Cedar Hammock Fire-Rescue Battalion 2, Manatee County EMS Medic 3 and Medic 11, Manatee County EMS MEDCOM 8.

Description: US 41 and Tallevast. A-Shift responds to MVA. Stabilization and Extrication performed for patient removal.
