Units Operating: Cars 2272, 2274, E122, E121, Cause & Origin Zone-4

Description Of Incident: Working Fire

1620hrs-Tri-Village toned out; Montrose to respond, Buchanan & Verplanck to s/b. Possible structure fire at above address. Battalion-10 also advised.

1622hrs-E122 responding.

1626hrs-E121 responding. E122/Car 2274 on location. Car 2272 requesting E122 all the way into the driveway, E121 to find a hydrant and stand-by. E122 driver advising they can only make it so far, Car 2272 advising they'll have to stretch a line from there.

1628hrs-E121 on location at a hydrant. E122 advising they have a line charged.

1629hrs-Car 2272 advising they had a fire in the wall, home owner attempted to extinguish it. Members checking for extension at this time.

1635hrs-Car 2272 requesting C&O to the scene.

1637hrs-Car 2272 advising situation under control, Buchanan & Verplanck can be released with 2272's thanks.

1745hrs(approx)-Car 2272 advising that himself and the C&O members are in-service.
