1155hrs-North Highlands Fire/Philipstown VAC dispatched to above location for the reported multi-vehicle MVA w/roll-over, entrapment and possible unconscious person.

1157hrs-Putnam 911 re-dispatching NHFD; advising MVA w/extrication and fuel spill.

1158hrs-Philipstown VAC re-dispatched; their 2nd ambulance requested to the scene. Garrison VAC dispatched m/a, 2nd ambulance needed to the scene.

1159hrs-TMC dispatching an NYSP unit, Putnam Sheriffs requesting assistance as they have no patrols available.

1205hrs-Putnam 911 dispatching Cold Spring Fire; request for an engine m/a to the scene to set up an LZ for Stat-Flight.

1206hrs-TMC advising 3K49 that there is a Cold Spring Police Officer on the scene and a Putnam Sheriffs car is en-route with a 10 minute ETA.
