1251hrs-44-Control advising 25-2 that one of his associate members is on scene advising heavy smoke coming from the #2 floor, 44-Control inquiring if they should put it out as a structure.

1252hrs-44-Control re-dispatching Depts. 25 & 17, as well as Dept. 7 (Monsey FD) w/7-FAST to the above address for the Signal-10 structure.

1254hrs-25-2 on scene, establishing command w/heavy smoke showing.

1301hrs-25-Command requesting Dept. 7 to respond to the scene with a pumper, they can cancel the FAST request.
