1030hrs- Mid-Town South PCT units out with a suspicious van parked for an extended period with a tarp covering the windows and temporary plates.

1100hrs- NYPD Level 1 Mobilization, req. for ESU and Bomb Squad.

1110hrs- FD and EMS to stage at 42nd X 6th.

1220hrs- FD Using All-Hands for evacuations.

1230hrs- Units are evacuating adjacent properties, including (2) high rise buildings.
