Description Of Incident: At approx 0230 hrs Ramsey Fire Department was dispatched for a reported working fire at 200 Grove Street. First arriving police confirmed a working with possible people trapped. Ramsey Fire arrived striking a 2nd alarm on arrival with heavy fire conditions. At approx. 0255 hrs a 3rd alarm was transmitted to the scene and for cover up. One occupant was confirmed 10-45 Code 1 and a second occupant was transported to the hospital in unknown condition. A member of the EMS was also taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
