1539hrs-Urgent from L-119 for a 2nd Alarm for fire in a 2-story commercial.

1545hrs- 3rd Alarm transmitted for fire in a 200 X 400 commercial. Heavy smoke from the building at this time. B-57 (Safety), B-32 (Com-Cord.).

1550hrs- "Mayday" has been transmitted. All co's ordered out of the building. Unk. reason for Mayday ATT.

1553hrs- Div. 11 S/C (4) Tower Ladders above 3rd Alarm. Setting up exterior op's.

1600hrs- Fire throughout the building. All members are accounted for. The Special Call TL's are to set up on each exposure side on arrival and get water.

1615hrs- Box 3741 All-Hands (no special units).

1617hrs- (4) Tower Ladders in operation. Building is fully involved.

1621hrs- Div. 11 rpts fire is darkening down. Marine Co. 6 is on scene.

1631hrs- Div. 11 transmitting the 4th Alarm.
