Time: 1400hrs

Location: Hudson River under Bear Mountain Bridge, Rockland/Orange shore.

Description: 20-year old male jumper from near mid-span survived. Jumper is a West Point Cadet, made it to shore and was airlifted to WCMC.

Units: State Park Police, Fort Montgomery FD/EMS
