Initial report was a massive milti car MVA in the area of Rt. 110 and Indial Wells Rd.

E52 reported approximately 40 cars and requested addition EMS and stokes units. E52 assumed command

Engine 2 Car 6 O/S with additional stokes, manpower and EMS supplies

Car 6 assumed Command and made 502 North Ops and 5074 South Ops and Car 2 Safety

FD Command worked with EMS Command 901 on patient priority and removal.

No extrication was required via hydrolic/pnumatic tools

10 patients transported, 48 patients in all (RMA)
