Capitol Police Chief Fallon Dies

HARTFORD — - Capitol Police Chief Michael Fallon, who spent decades working as an officer in the capital city, died of cancer this morning. He was 47.

The father of two died at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center around 9 a.m., said Sgt. Robert Bates of the Capitol Police.
