Description Of Incident: Tractor Trailer vs. Car w/Fire

1420hrs-CVFD, PVAC, 39M2 dispatched to above location for the tractor-trailer vs car w/possible extrication.

1422hrs-CVFD Car 2131 on location advising tractor trailer is fully involved, requesting Garrison FD to the scene w/their Tanker. Also requesting Stat-Flight.

1423hrs-Car 2131 requesting Peekskill R134 to the scene and (1) Peekskill Engine for LZ. PFD R134, E132, Car 2341 responding.

1424hrs-CVFD E231 responding, requesting update. Car 2131 advising entrapment in both vehicles.

1445hrs-PFD Car 2342 requesting foam to the scene. Montrose VAFD requested. Car 2571, E225 responding.

1452hrs-Croton E118 requested to the scene for foam.

1453hrs-60-Control advising PFD Car 234-14 (LZ) that the Stat-Flight crew will be needed at the scene. Update: (1) DOA, prolonged extrication on the other vehicle.

1455hrs-Haz-Mat team paged out for response.

1456hrs-Stat-Flight on the ground.

1458hrs-Update for Stat-Flight from 39M1: female pt with lower extremity injuries, possible femur fracture. Pt legs are entrapped, IV has been established, (-) LOC.

1502hrs-39M1 advising 43 (?) Y/o/f, no past medical history, lower extremity injruies including ankle, at least another 10 minutes of extrication.

1503hrs-C&O Zone-4 1404 en-route.

1505hrs-Montrose requested to re-locate (1) engine to CVFD HQ. Car 2273 en-route.

1506hrs-Mohegan requested to re-locate (1) engine to CVFD HQ. Car 2273 advising E121 is assembling a crew. 60-Control advising Car 2273 that they are now to re-locate to Peekskill.

1512hrs-PFD Car 2342 advising patient has been extricated.

1529hrs-Car 234-14 advising that Air-2 is off the ground, en-route to WMC, E132 bringing FD personnel up to the accident scene. Car 234-14 going in-service, back to the City.

1530hrs-Mohegan E257 is out at CVFD HQ w/Car 2262.

1537hrs-35M1 in service/available from the scene.

1540HRS-Montrose Rescue-51 now requested to the scene.

1541hrs-Peekskill Car 2342 advising Montrose E121 can go back in service (E132 back in the City).

1559hrs-Car 2343 advising R134 is returning to service.

1609hrs-C&O 1404 in service.

1612hrs-PFD Cars 2342 & 2343 returning to the City, Car 2341 remaining on scene.
