This is not my departments rig, I just happened to be at the dealer for a rig fix on our Ambulance when I seen it there.

I am sure that the department it belongs too will be served well by this rig..

Looks like a scene light

That is true, not a strobe light. Yes it is a scene light over the rear doors on both sides. As an added piece of info, the big box over the rear doors hides a large telescoping folding scene light too behind it.
