Units: Good-Will Fire Dist.(Full Dept.), Orange Co. Haz-Mat Team, OC HM Car 1, Orange Car 10, Orange Car 13, Ulster Co. Haz-Mat Team, Winona Lake FD, Middlehope FD, Mobile Life, DEC Spill Response, NYS Police, Town of Newburgh Police

Location: I-84 near exit 8 (Town of Newburgh)

Description: Overturned 18 Wheeler. Fuel tanks were ruptured and spilled about 2 miles on I-84
