Pierce Tower Ladder Operator Manual

I am looking for an operating manual for a 2002 Pierce Rear-Mounted 100' Ladder Tower, does anyone know of any links to download this manual? I went onto Pierce's website and they have only brochures, and brief descriptions and functions.

Here's a slightly older version from 2006 that I had saved. It might be more accurate for a 2002 model than the current version.
