Desciption of Incident: A manhunt is in progress for a male subject who apparently

escaped custody wearing a jumpsuit which he has shed ,and is still at large in the

area of the 23rd St Bridge in the Hudson River. Multiple Police agencies are conducting

a search which includes K9's,boats & heilcopter. Unclear if the subject was going to or

from the Watervliet PD an investigation is continuing at this time.
