0520hrs- Numerous calls for explosions and a 'major fire' at the Con Ed plant. Also rpts of metal debris falling from the sky.

0521hrs- R/C 210 on scene reporting a major fire with multiple explosions.

0522hrs- B-2 10-84, 10-29.

0524hrs- S/C E-313/Foam Unit to scene. Sq-11 on the grounds.

0530hrs- E-312 to Grammatan Drive to line-in for exposure protection.

0535hrs- PD evaluating exposure to homes on Grammatan Drive and Fullerton Ave.

0600hrs- Con Ed req. foam trailer from White Plains.

0550hrs- Con Ed has power cut to the substation, FD using foam operations. Fire beginning to darken down.

0605hrs- S/C E-309 to Nepperhan Ave to transport foam to scene. WC B-18 advising Utility 2 enroute req. escort.

0700hrs- Main body of fire K/D. Still hitting pockets.
