Incident on Bear Mountain Bridge Rd 10/31 ?

I was stuck in traffic on the Bear Mountain Bridge Rd yesterday around 2pm. Anyone have info on what happened?

One victim reported chest pains. Passed the accident myself. Driver went over the double yellow didn't look to good. They're lucky they only had chest pains.
