Description Of Incident: Naked EDP 23 y/o female described as "enraged" slamming infants head against sidewalk. Infant in critical condition @ Mount Vernon Hospital being transferred to WMC Childrens Hospital. Female also transported to Mount Vernon Hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
