Heathcote Five Corners Development

Seems like a lot of construction is underway at the Heathcote Five Corners. The old Scarsdale VAC building appears to be a construction company's "base" and further down Weaver Street (across from Big Top, Amore Pizza, etc), they have totally flattened the land as if they're going to build something there.

Anyone know the exact details of the development here? It's going to be a traffic nightmare.

I was in Westchester in July, and drove through Scarsdale enroute to New Rochelle- looked like the old VAC building was going to be a realtors office.
