Description Of Incident:APD Unit 207 reports shots being fired possible unit hit, and

in pursuit of a black Chevy Subburban with the rear window shot out. Area of 124 First St.

and Lexington Ave. near Henry Johnson Blvd.. Vehicle lost during pursuit has been recovered

by APD 503 in the parking lot of Tivoli Apartments on Livingston Ave. suspects fled area.

A perimeter was setup and one is being detained due to eye witness ID. A K9 track has

been started for outstanding suspect. APD Detectives, Supervisors,Patrol Units are

investigating. No injuries have been reported thus far, suspect vehicle impounded.
