1535hrs- Div. 6 transmitting 2nd Alarm for fire in the basement of a row of taxpayers. (2) Tower Ladders in operation. Req.train traffic be shut down.

1540hrs- 3rd Alarm for fire thoughout a 60 X 80 row of taxpayers. Exterior op's at this time.

1552hrs- Div. 6 rpts (2) multi-versals and (2) tower ladders in operation. Staging area at Longwood X Westchester.

1623hrs- (3) tower ladders and numerous master streams in operation.

1655hrs- Div 6 rpts roof and 3/4 side has collapsed. Collapse zone is set up. (6) multi-versals and (4) tower ladders in operation.
