Sick. I am surprised the dog didn't get killed, like the article said anti-freeze has a sweet taste to it and appeals to dogs. When I used to deliver tires years ago, one of the garages we stopped at had a dog, and that dog drank some anti-freeze and died fairly quickly.

Sad, I hate hearing of animal abuse.

person intentionally kills or injures any animal while such animal is in

the performance of its duties and under the supervision of a police or

peace officer.

I hope someone stomps his testes...or even better shoves a hose down his throat and pours anti freeze down it. What a sick person to do that. How you treat animals is a reflection on how you view life and how you are as a person.
