Description Of Incident: Fully involved recreational boat. All on board were reported to have gotten off the boat safely. Norwalk E4 responded to the FD Boat Launch and E5 Provided shore support on Manresa Power Plant. Norwalk Marine 24 began suppression assited by Noroton FD Marine Unit. USCG also on scene.
