Uniden Bearcat BCT8

Does anyone have this model and if so how is it? Is it functional? Easy to use, set-up, clear, I guess any information would be helpful.

Secondly what sites do you some of you use to program your personal scanners?

Very easy to program. It is not like the newer BCT-15 or BCT-996 that you need a computer to program. I have 6 of them at work (Putnam 911). I programmed one and cloned all the others
