1150hrs- Tarrytown and Elmsford Fire req. to above location for 3 vehicle MVA with injuries poss. pin near construction area.

1152hrs- Confirmed pin, poss. double pin. Stat Flight on standby.

1200hrs- Units with tools in operation on flatbed that rear ended a dump truck. Flat bed was then rear ended by a Mercedes. Driver of passenger vehicle poss. DOA. Secondary accidents including additional passenger vehicles. Flatbed carrying (2) cars.

1210hrs- Stat Flight Air 1 req. T/S with LZ on highway. Req. additional engine T/S. Second medivac to fly.

1250hrs- (1) victim- driver of flatbed- by air to WCMC. (10) additional victims by ground. NYSP A.I. O/S. Massive traffic delays.
