WCPD has been taking an increasing amount of hits over the past few years. The parkways they patrol are very dangerous and outdated. I give these guys a lot of credit, trying to do traffic enforcement and responding to traffic incidents on these tiny obsolete roadways where people do triple the speed meant for these roads.
