LODD: Capt. in Salem, MA, of Hepatitis C

On February 3, 2005, Captain William Hudson, age 50, of the Salem Fire Dept. in Salem, Mass., died of Hepatitis C which he contracted while on duty several years ago.

He died at his home from complications of the disease.
