1450hrs-As per 60-Control, retired Mohegan MOS on scene advising possibly (2) persons trapped. Car 2261 advising to go M/A immediately if MVAC cant get out.

1451hrs-60-Control advising all units that 39M1 is o/s confirming extrication.

1452hrs-60-Control dispatching 39M2 (2nd Medic) & MVAC; request for (2) additional ambulances.

1453hrs-Car 2261 advising the Engines to step it up, inquiring E255's location. E255 advising Maple & Shaw Highway. Car 2261 advising E255 to pull right up to the scene.

1455hrs-E255 & E258 on location.

1458hrs-60-Control re-toning Mohegan; request for additional personnel. Car 2262 on location.

1504hrs-60-Control advising Car 2261 that Mohegan VAC has (3) ambulances to respond. Car 2261 advising to respond Maple Ave. via City of Peekskill.

1509hrs-As per Car 2261, extrication complete, awaiting the 3rd ambulance.

1517hrs-69B? en-route to WMC w/ALS on-board (35-11).

1530hrs-69B2 en-route HVHC BLS.
