Description Of Incident: 60 Control advising Westchester units of a water rescue IAO Tappan Zee. Conflicting reports of a jumper down or a boat in distress with parties over board.

2146: Tarrytown M5 underway.

2147: Battalion 14 landline 60 Control.

2150: M5 requesting update on call, different reports of call details,

2153: M5 advising possible vessel in question under Tappan Zee Bridge.

2155: 60 Control advising possibly a party ejected from a vessel.

2200: Battalion 14 on scene, Tarrytown Dockside. 60 Control reporting call was received 4th party to Rockland Control of a report of a man over board IAO Tappan Zee Bridge. Rockland Units have vessels searching North and South on Rockland Side to Mid Span.

2201: M5 reporting no vessels seen IAO Tappan Zee Bridge, continuing search.

2204: Rockland Control asking 60 Control for Westchester Aviation Units, checking for status of Rockland Aviation Units

2213: M5 advising still negative results on search for vessel in distress, continuing search.

2214: Rockland advising pilot enroute for Rockland Aviation unit, ETA 10 mins. Westchester advising "no go" on WCPD Aviation.

2227: M5 reportings cotinued negative results on vessel in distress, parties in the river. Continuing search.

2242: Car 2462 reporting that US Coast Guard is in Tarrytown Marina attempting to locate vessel that made distress call.

2244: Rockland Control advising Rockland Aviation departing Rockland Training Center, enroute to Piermont to pickup a spotter and will commence search of Hudson River.

2259: 2462 advising negative results of search at Tarrytown Marina. M4, M5, M7 continuing search on Hudson River.

2304: 2462 advising that vessel in question is possibly located at Washington Irving Boat Club, Coast Guard and HEAT Boat enroute to investigate.

2312: 2462 advising units can return to the dock, vessle in question has been located at Washington Irving Boat Club.

2335: 2462 reportinng Coast Guard unable to locate vessel, continuing their search. M4, M5, M7 all in service, back at the dock.
